James C. says: I attempted 2 weeks ago to sign up for Giesinger hospice with a referral from my doctor. On 1/9/2023 I talked by phone to hospice. They said they would be out the next day to sign me up. No show, no contact. I finally got to speak with some again from hospice on 1/13/2023. They said they would not sign me up. I asked for a statement telling me why. They refused that. This has caused me tremendous stress and depression added to my other problems. Is there anyone at all at Geisinger able to help me? I have talked to several Geisinger people who can do nothing.

Deanna P. says: I have had no help with the doctors at Geisinger health system. I have seen 7 doctors in the past 15 months an have had no help with my condition. They are quick to pass you to another doctor for no help.. If you ask me they are a bunch of system suckers gaining pay checks for very poor service. I leave out of their office crying in pain, can not walk the doctors do nothing to help you 'NOTHING' absolutely nothing. These doctors are sucking the insurance system for money and we are not being treated.. I did notice that there are hundreds of complaint's going into deaf ears and blind eyes.... I will keep looking & leaving reviews till i get the help i need. Squeaky wheels gets the oil. Thank you

Cynthia S. says: Was on hold for 70 minutes 6/18 - 6/19/2019 to the 1155 Gynecological Department after 6 days for waiting for a critical biopsy. No response, No satisfaction, not even any excuses...On the 18th, A "message" was taken and then told that they would respond in 72 hours, - 72 hours? I'm bleeding here and scared shitless. What a horrible customer service, horrible nursing service, horrible waste of human resources. Stop construction new buildings and hire some competent individuals to take care of your clients, especially ones that have crucial issues. SHAME
