    Claimant says:Car missing. 3/16 Gorman Garage installed EGR Valve $225. Complained not repaired. 4/13 installed spark plugs. $449.88. Complained again and they said needs "coils"?? Disgusted went to Ford garage and they said wrong plugs installed plus loose wires. $71.95 Incompetency and poor customer service garage.
