John O. says: They scammed me last fall (2017) and I sent them $2,598 to secure my computer. I realized my mistake and installed Norton Security Suite as their products were worthless. 2/11/18: The scam got larger. I was not feeling well and let a computer technician (later identified himself as a "hacker from Russia Ha, Ha" with a n Indian accent) in to stop my identity theft. I called the number I was given last fall and we started the song and dance about my stealing identity. They wanted $19,998 from me this time. I have no intetion of sending any more money. They use Microsoft as being their representative. Many other issues during the 2 hour sell job. Now starts the phone harassment. (More detail available if you need it.)

Richard H. says: They also tried to get $3000.00 for a SonicWall #6600 I have proof of their "Warranties" stating that all of my devices were covered. So I'm debating whether or not to pay them the $2998.
