Patient discharge without transportation, put in lobby in wheelchair, in severe pain, pick up patientd 2hrs later, had to find a place for patient to stay, call emsa next day back to hospital, had fx hip, he was shovd out because first visit as he was homeless and disshovel, on first visit, treated like trash, shame on you,if you did a cat scan on first visit you would of seen the fx, second visit patient sent to OU, how who knows, family was not notified, was on chart who to notified,,, patient was so confuse he called said he was in Norman, by grace of god, OU had to call you to get family info to contact us, we would of never would of know where he was, just because he was homeless is no Excuse for thed care he got, because of you,not given proper care he is now in ICU at OU and surgery on hip is delayed, also he had insurance, Medicare, does need to be notified of this, or can this be a learning curb on it does not mater who person is, treat all the same.I like to file a claim on this.
