Catherine N. says: VERY MISLEADING! DO NOT DO WHAT CONTRACT SAYS WILL BE DONE! CUSTOMER SERVICE UPON FIRST CALL LIE TO YOU LITERALLY! EVERY TIME THEY COME; THEY WANT TO ADD ANOTHER CONTRACT. IF YOU ARE COMING FOR RODENTS SHOULD THAT BE INDOOR/OUTDOOR OR ONE SERVICE? MY FIRST CONTRACT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR RODENTS AND 99 SOME INSECTS, EXCLUDING GERMAN ROACHES. WHEN THE FIRST TECH CAME, HE INFORMED ME HE WAS ONLY HERE FOR RODENTS/SNAKES. I NEEDED TO CALL TO ADD INSECTS TO MY CONTRACT? SO, I DID. NOW I HAVE 2 CONTRACTS. INFORMED ME YESTERDAY TO TREAT FOR RODENTS IN THE HOUSE, I HAD TO ADD IT TO MY CONTRACT? THEY ARE TRYING TO GET RICH AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR DISLIKE FOR PEST?

Angela W. says: I would not recommend Greenix! I had them come out and spray inside and out for spiders and it did not help at all.
They sprayed my baseboards and it left a drippy like residue all over the baseboards. I had to wipe them off to remove the residue. I did not see any change in the spiders inside or out so I bug bombed inside myself. That did work.
I called for a retreat outside but have not received any call backs. I called Greenix Customer care and asked to cancel my contract due to lack of service call backs and Treatments don't work. Customer care sent me to Acct. Manager Andy...That was a nightmare. He was so rude, disrespectful and did not care at all. He said I would have to pay $249.00 to cancel my contract after one treatment. Stay away!!

Deb C. says: My husband signed up and after I found how much they were charging I immediately cancelled. I received an email showing that I cancelled it but getting the refund is the problem. I've made 3 phone calls and was assured that the refund has been processed but it has yet to show up on my credit card. I finally filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company!! Don't do business with these people!!!!!!

You can do better on your own. 2) They show up and aren't professional. 3) When you think you sign up for a single treatment, they actually bait and switch you for a year contract and charge you out the nose for crap. This company SUCKS. Their service is awful. Their product doesn't work. They are as close to fraud as you can get. I am working with my credit card to dispute the entire service as fraud, and I encourage other clients to do so as well, as they are victims too.

Eliza G. says: My husband signed up for Greenix pest control services because the guy was pushy. I have never agreed to these services simply because same ingredients they use and claim as organic not really organic but pure chemicals which cost 20 bucks per gallon on Amazon. I am trying to stop their services for last 7 months. They come to spray even if I cancel it and charge $180 for 5 min around my house. I don’t mind bugs. And also I am against any chemicals. Now I spent 25 min in order to cancel the services and still they did not cancel it. For future customers out there please do thorough research of what is being used and just buy it 6 fold cheaper online.
