Helen B. says: To this day I have not heard from H & K in any manner. I'm afraid this is just another attempt to ignore my concerns for satisfaction. I am asking for $1800.00 in expenses and compensation. This amount could be negoticated if someone would have the courtesy to contact me. H & K is a large and well-known company, why won't they take care of this?
