Matthew S. says: I would not recommend HHGregg as Headquarters has yet to comply with my concerns in regards to my warranty issues and providing me a refund check for the full amount of the purchase price. The fact that several stores are closing is not good; and the fact the local stores and online have no good selections of items in regards to home theater systems, like they use too.

Antonio C. says: Horrible customer service beginning at the front line up to the Corporate level. It took over 4 months to get my issue resolved after several techs had to come to my home (4 times) to tell me that there was nothing they could do to resolve my issue and that hhgregg would have to handle it by providing me with a new appliance. I purchased the extended warranty which was to reimburse me for my laundry bill in the event that they could not fix my appliance in a set amount of time. I was without my washer for almost 4 months and the extended warranty sent me a check for $30. I have a family of 5 which requires laundry to be done every week. Trips to the local laundry facility was about $30 alone. I was promised multiple call backs and was hung up on by this lovely lady in their corporate office. Nonetheless, I will never shop their again. Still looking for my $480 minus the $30 the warranty company sent me.
