    Claimant says:I have recently have tried to get mortgage loan modification with ICS through Bank of America, it was denied. So I tried to get a refund, sending them my mortgage loan modification denial letter, by way of fax. Now I have found out that there web site is no longer active, and nobody answers the phone 888-316-7756. What is my next step.
