They are NO GOOD and I mean NO GOOD when it comes to customer service. All they want from you is more money. They're ALWAYS asking for money and telling you you need to renew your subscription so they can work on your computers even if your subscription hasn't ran out and you have 2 or 3 months left. They are very hard to get a hold of when you have questions or any problems with your pc's. They were not like that when I first signed up with them 3 yrs. ago. In my opinion I would NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone NOT even my worst enemies. Their promises to you to fix your pc's is nothing but a bucket with thousands of holes all throw it. Its good for nothing but for target practice. They are very good about lying to you. I wish I can say more about iyogi but you don't have enough time or space on this page. On a good so-called note they (iyogi) did refund my $119.99 but I've yet to see the $159.99. When I do hear from them I will let you know. Its only been almost 2 months now. HaHa Thanks for your practices.

I Yogi does not stand up for what it is in the business for " and that is to provide computer technical support company. I Yogi will try to sell you products they say you need to improve your computer and if you purchase it from I Yogi you never receive it and I Yogi will stop servicing your computer if you ask for a refund and not answer the phone when you call for service that you already paid for." Customer service will lie to you to mislead you and discontinue your services without notice. This company needs to be exposed for fraudulent business practices.

I bought a 5-year contract with iYogi on Sept. 18. When I called for assistance on Dec. 10 I was told my subscription had expired and I would have to buy another. I insisted and the person said he could see my account and there was no new subscription. The fee, however, was charged to my credit card on Sept. 18. I have called billing support constantly at all hours of the day and night and cannot get through because of "high call volume at the moment." iYogi has not responded to four e-mails to customer service and the customer service chat on its website is disabled. I have found that iYogi has not had a "registered agent" in Colorado since 2011, which means they cannot do business here. I have a meeting with the state attorney general's office to review my documents next Monday.
