Hilda S. says: My complaint is specific to your store personnel in San Marino, CA. I drove 40 minutes from Los Angeles this afternoon to go to that location. It's pretty simple: I was not greeted at the door, (this is a small store) I found the dressing room myself, I was not helped in shopping. The saleswoman finally approached me after about 40 minutes with a giddy apology and to say she was swamped at the register (looked like a chat fest to me), and to let her know if I needed any other sizes. I was done at that point anyway. I took my 2 sweaters and shirt to the register where she said something to the effect that I had found some nice items "no thanks to me" and I replied "I can't argue with that.". She did not ask for my email or contact info as the Sewickley store had and I don't feel at all interested in returning to the San Marino store. She was aware that I had shopped at your store in Sewickley. FYI. I had requested and received a gift certificate ($500) for Christmas based on my positive overall experience with your store in Sewickley, PA. The women working there were delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. I needed some dresses in a hurry for a wedding in a different size and they made sure I got them at my workplace the next day to take on the plane. They even sent me a thank you note for my purchases. I wanted to return to the store just because of them. I like your products but since there is no other store in the LA area convenient to me except San Marino, the remaining $198 of my gift certificate will be spent through your online services. This survey is hard to fill out because it would be 5 stars for the Sewickley store and 1 star for the San Marino store. Thank you. Sincerely, Hilda Stark
