Let me explain. The games are fun and are what you would see in the traditional slot areas of real casinos. What I believe is happening is when you start moving up in the ranks they gauge your game play and responsiveness to "coin/credit" sales and the more fake money (coins/credits) you purchase with real money, that could never be moved out as anything more than virtual credits to play their games by the way, the less likely you are to hit a big win and extend game play. By thattjme you are addicted and if you have an issue where the game stalls or you do hit a BIG win inthe bonus rounds, they game defaults to the home screen and they will not credit your account or "look into the issue" unless you can provide a screen shit, which is virtually impossible unless the game remains on the screen where your win is shown. This is an impossible feat 99.9% of the time, due to the way the game is set up to fool you into thinking you have a chance to do anythjng except continue to buymore credits. I am digging around as this has been an issue with this site even with the previous owners and Zendesk runs the supposed IT solutions for this app along with several others (quick hit slots, heart of vegas, etc...) and they are all run as crooked as the other. My last issue got me banned from even submitting tickets. I had an issue with lost credits ans also credits that didn't load once purchased. I submitted a ticket and after 2 weeks if continuing to ask for updates, the first response I get is someone "warning" me thatcreatibg multiple tickets would get me banned.???????? Really????? Being. Customer account manager for 3 major film studios I get very emotiknal about pitiful and ridiculous customer arvice tactics. I believe they gauge their addicts and think that most people will give up! I would really like to see a class actiin settlement brought up against these guys as I have a million stories and thousands of dollars invested alkng with thousands of others thaf have horror stories just like mine. The bad thing is, is that these companies would make just as much miney doing right by their customers, but the greed takes over and they think they can bend people over and get away wigh it constantly. It's time to take a stand and do something about it. Just ask Double Down, they used to be the same way and lost over 100million real dollars because of it.
