Kathryn P. says: The mark up on the part replaced was too high. They paid $210.00 and charged me $550.00. That is $340.00 difference, a mark up of appx. 160%. Once I discovered how over the top the mark up was I asked them to make it right. They refused. How can trust be put into a business that gouges like that? I was offended when I was told they did me a favor.
