Dennis O. says: I was mislead and deceived in how my retirement money was being invested. Jeff is a stock broker and can make trades in a secondary market in which other retail investment firms or advisors cannot. Some of the funds have maturity dates of 5 years or more. This is not reasonable for someone who is 71 no matter how high the return unless the commissions were that great for Jeff. If the client dies, he doesn't have to explain how the money was invested. You sign away your rights by the multitude of documents you must sign prior to leaving. This gives Jeff a free hand with your money. I resolved the situation by transferring my money to a retail investment firm though some funds have to stay with Jeff until maturity since retail firms cannot manage them..
