Claimant says:Ordered a DVD on 9/25/13 and paid for priority mail. Never got the DVD. Business contacted to resolve issue by phone and email. No response until 10/7/13 and they stated it was mailed 9/26. I requested a tracking number and have been ignored since then. No attempt from the business to provide mailing info, refund my money or send another DVD.
