    Claimant says:I paid them $1000.00 to install a concrete floor in the garage at 9105 South Perry Avenue, Chicago Illinois. They never did the work. In numerous calls to Mr. Karr he said that he would bring the refund to me at the address on Perry Avenue. He never showed up. Calls to him from my home reveal that he promised to send the money. He never did.
