Complaint History & Business Rating for Kfc Ljs

Randy B. says: Stopped in to the Kendallville store # H740015, to get my father a gift card for fathers day, This is Dad & Moms favorite food 2 or 3 times a week. My wife went in and the Staff was arguing, about something and totally ignored her, she came back to the car upset. we ran some errands then came back, a gentleman ask if he could help me. Yes I would like a gift card, got that deer in the headlights look, and said to another fella, Do we have those? Beats me he said. They went and found a waitress, she looked and had to ask someone else. finally got it . While standing waiting, I could not help but notice how filthy, and dirty the place was. I told my folks, Who are in their 80's, and they agreed the place has gone downhill. used to have a great manager, but haven't seen him in a while. I'm am blessed to still have my folks, But am very disappointed in there selection of Restaurants. Please clean it up or close it.
