Luis Alva/L.A. Construction are NOT bonded at all, and NOT insured properly to operate as a legal company. They are NOT recognized/registered by the Better Business Bureau. He has done work for my elderly parents. Some completed, some not. His proposals do NOT show breakdowns of material vs labor costs - the $#'s are just thrown onto a proposal. NO contracts or binding signatures are present. This is NOT a trustworthy operation.... Wish I had know about him before my parents got snowed by him.
