I have a friend who moved into a property now managed by Ledic awhile ago. In the
first apartment the toilet back up and flooded the carpeted bedroom 4 times before the maintenance manager finally figured out what was wrong. The entire bathroom had not been caulked and around the stool was a 1/2 to 3/4 inch gap that had never been caulked and the vanity and trim had been soaked with sewage and although the bedroom carpet had been soaked with sewage it had never been properly cleaned. The apartment like the neighbors smelled like a sewer.
The second apartment was to be ready to be moved into but apparently had never been checked and months later the problems there from the first day of move in still exist and as yet very little to nothing has been repaired but the manager always makes promises that are never kept as the agreement was every problem would be taken care of with the exception of the floors and the paint bu basically a few minor things have been repaired but none of the major problems and the rent still has to be paid on time. Shouldnt months be sufficient time to make the repairs that should have been taken care of before the apartment was rented.

Too many maintenance issues that are not attended to in a timely manner or attended to at all. All they care about is collecting your rent money. You can never get in contact with anyone from Ledic. They dont keep their properties safe or make tenants feel at home. The tenants are the people who make them money and put food on their table,allow them to drive around in nice cars, take nice trips, and they turn around with no regrets and will mistreat and ignore their tenants as if they are nobody. Im sure people of Ledic management have nice homes, but yet let their tenants live in crap. Then im starting to think they are stereotyping certain properties. This type of attitude is allowing them to determine out of all their properties, which one should they pay attention to most based off of a certain group of people or perhaps lets say the crime in the area. Its like a form of brainstorming. Properties lets say in the heart of buckhead verse properties in decatur/atlanta. Ledic Management should take pride in their business. Professionalism, be more prompt, and better product of service.
