Victoria L. says: Lerner and roe completely ignored several injuries i could not afford out of pocket. They went ahead and mediated over the chiropractor i didnt think was needed considering my mother could fix my back for free and they could have spent the strict 25,000 on my dental damage caused by the left turn driver that limit is leagally lower that state coverage and negotiable they simply told the insurance it was minor compensation being seeked. They are terrible lawyers i plan on reporting them to the barr, especially because they told me to sign that the at fault driver was never liable even after i asked for the simple rewording of the letter. These lawyers did nothing for me and thee insurance company state farm has retaliation issues also i don't trust the pair together and i let them know in my own letter that is just for the record, i took photos of it and i intend of having all entities formal compliants filed.

Margaret W. says: I wish I had never hired them. They did not even try to see my side of my case. They settled my case before I even agreed to it, did not include my lost income, they told me that my case was already settled so they could not go and ask for more $, yet I never signed an agreement. They made more money than me and my vehicle was totaled and I have a permanent injury after being rear-ended,while stopped at a stoplight, by an obvious speeder. I was told that the litigator for my case was not willing to negotiate! Then what do they do? I could have done what they did. I was pressured to sign the agreement for months, although I was told that it was already settled and that is why they could not include my lost income ( which I thought was pretty much standard compensation after an accident) I had my own business at the time of accident, I can no longer do that kind of work because of arthritis in my hand; so I have had to at the age of 62 go to work in a convience store. I am so disappointed in this law firm and the lack of empathy and the motivation to fight for my case, they basically just took their money and did not care. The amount of $ that I will receive is less than they are getting and less than my medical bills for 1 year! That, somehow, just does not seem like a fair offer to me yet I was basically forced to take it. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!
