Linda S. says: They ignored my concern over filings that did not need to be done for the US. Filed in May for refund (which was incorrectly filed and wrong amount) and still waiting for refund. In meantime have lost over $1500 based on exchange rate from filing until now. Plus charged $140.00 US dollars for forms that did not need to be filed. My recommendation is use another preparer.
