Lisa F. says: If they say that they will not charge you for something...get it in writing! I was told by Vickie that she would wave her magic wand and make my pet fee and garage fee disappear. When I went to pay my first month rent after moving in she denied saying that and they are charging me for my pets and parking stating I had denied those services! They have a real scam going on there....
