Beverly A. says: 7 months later and still the 9 windows have not all been installed. i have made multiple calls, they have been to my house interfering with my life for now, 7 months. their employee vlad is rude, dropped by when he wanted to, pushed me out of the way to come in with ONE piece at a time, with attitude and rudeness. called corporate who assured me the manager of the store's boss would contact me and yet again the dept. mgr. called sent out 2 people who had no clue and still i have no windows on the bathrooms as my contract promises me. i want them to go away, refund my money and never ever contact me again. now it's christmas, we still don't have the products and we have plans. "oh we will have them in 10 days" is a joke. they are liars, unprofessional and didn't finish the job that i have paid for. save yourself grief, don't use lowe's for ANYTHING. i had a job done by home depot and it was perfect. i am not a huge fan of big box stores but comparing the 2, i'd be more likely to use the other but NEVER use lowe's again. they simply DO NOT CARE and DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD and BREAK THE CONTRACT. i rated them as low as it would allow me. in all honesty, it's not low enough. 7 months later... for 9 windows. oh and they left a hole from my old slider from the floor to the view of the dirt under the house and LEFT IT that way. then finally came in a rigged a piece of WOOD for vinyl windows, which we trip over and it's now all scared from not being the vinyl we paid for. it's chipped from us tripping over it. MUST i pay for an attorney to get this settled? i was just recently released from the hospital because of all the stress. it's THAT bad. someone else stated they feel ripped off. i concur.
