Grace E. says: Macy's American Express randomly charge me an unknown charge:$169.09 under the Transaction is: Regular? On 12-22-16 I had spoke with the rep. name: Joanne find out my balance for Macy's American Express is $0 but Macy's American Express they just keep on sending me the statement for $169.09 & keep on adding up the interest now the balance is: $337.85 so I am asking my lawyer to called but Macy's American Express the representatives they can't answer the questions my lawyer was questioning they all hung up on him. I do believed what comes around goes around one day Macy's American Express will be judged.
