I ordered over a month ago. The advertisement said "Buy 1 set, get the 2nd set Free", but they charged me for the 2nd set. I emailed several times, and still haven't gotten a response. Now, a month later, I get a FedEx notice saying a shipping label has been created, but they've switched the billing address and the shipping address, so the package, if there even is a package, is going to the wrong address! No question that this was also their mistake because my credit card company refuses charges if the billing address is incorrect. I tried to call, and got no answer, so sent yet another scathing email, with again, no response. So, no package, and no response, after 6 attempts to contact them. Getting ready to dispute the change and file complaint with credit card company. What a waste!!
