Esperanza M. says: as of this very moment and several emails and asking as nicely as possible to make contact has come to NO avail. they refuse to speak with me or even send a letter stating there position with me. I am stuck right now and DO NOT wish to cancel my policy due to the tax law in place till I find another provider.. had not had a chance to shop been working till 6 and 7pm can not do this right now. I will just suffer with my pain till I can do something else later
