They allow tenants to maintain absoluetly FILTHY apts, bed bugs, fruit flies carpet insects bite your feet. discriminate and harrass and have shown favoritism ( whats o,k, for one tenant isnt for another), i have been experiencing theft in my apt from a female tenant whom dated the maintance man Al Huffman and she HAS secretly maintained a Master key , enters apt, steals items, money, meds and she is an addict and MGMT does nothing' ; Washers and dryers have been here since 1972, constantly break down for weeks. about a month ago we have no HOT water but for 1/2 hour a day for 6 weeks, HAZMAT Proffestionals were here a week ago, when we asked "why" we were told by Melissa SLachter "none of your business"several weeks ago and Elderly , black man died suddenly in his 2nd floor apt. 2 dqys later, complaint of foul odor on A friday, Maintance man "MIGUEL" was not at work, the dead gental man was left in his apt for 3 more days...until Monday as Melissa knew and left for the wlwnd and never contacted family for a total 0f proababably 4days pine oak apts are poorly run, maintance stinks, apts are NOT AT ALL worth the price, apt was not throughly cleaned upon moving in, i spent days cleaning it, cabinets inside and out, windows, walls sparingly painted, stains work their way thru, no padding between cement floor and thn nylon loop carpet.Mgmt requesting PIN numbers for debit cards and bank accts. PINE OAK APTS. ARE SHADY AND FINANCIALLY UNTRUSTING FOR TENANTS. tHEY ARE ARE TRYING TO EVICT ME BY SEPT 18TH 2022 WITH EXCUSES FROM 2022 AND ASSUMPTIONS OF ME USING MEDICAL MARIJUANNA AND ITS ..ABSOLUETLY 100 ..UNTRUE. I AM TKING IT TO COURT. I AM HANDICAPPED, HAVE NO WHERE TO GO AND THIS WAS BROUGHT ON TO ME UNEXPECTEDLY...THEY WANT SUSIDARY RENTERS FOR HIGHER TX CREDIT MONIES,,,,THEY ARE GREDDY, UNFAIR AND FLAT OUT DO...NOT CARE.
