Will H. says: They had two weeks to make an engine repair and instead they waited till the day before my family reunion to work on the engine and made the engine much worse such that it stalled 500 feet off the dock and we had to be towed back in. I have to pay to fix the bolts they broke off and problems they created. Their incompetence was a huge blight on our annual family reunion.
At least they finally dropped the $900 charges for the damage they did to the engine.
I am considering my claim resolved and am moving on but they did a lot damage to my boat's engine and to my family.
