Leela M. says: They provide false information to insurance companies who then promptly cancel your insurance without further investigation. You pay exorbitant premiums for years and after a climate disaster with increased claims insurance companies figure out clever ways to drop clients or raise premiums even higher. Enter the unscrupulous company they partner with and use to do this -- Miennium Information Services. Pure fraud.

Becky B. says: The insurance inspector that Millenium Information Services, (the office located in Idaho), sent to our property wrote a false statement on our report. She said that an animal on our property had a confirmed bite record. The animal had never bitten anyone, or been in any way aggressive, ever. We were cancelled after her report, and the insurance company, Great Northwest, did not even look into the issue.
