I ordered a sample online for $4.95 and was charged multiple times, totaling $375. I was bullied and hung up on when I called about it. They claim that if you don't call them within 14 days they will charge you. The product is junk. This is the biggest scam I've ever seen. They charged me from 2 different companies so that when you try to cancel you have to call both places. They try to not let you cancel. I called my credit card company to dispute this. They had managed to place charges of $4.95, $5.95, $89.85, $85.95, $91.95, $94.95 after receiving 2 small samples of junk. I have spent hours trying to stop these charges that I never authorized. They will offer you a 35% discount. Tell you that you are lucky to get this. These people are crooks.

I feel ripped off also and they do have BAD business practices! I ordered what I believed to be a $4.95 product. I received an email receipt from cs@miravieeye.com for $5.95. Then my bank account was hit for $4.95, $5.95, $85.95 and $89.95 from Truesmakeover and RCR*Skinextend. I called the number on my bank statement and asked for a refund. I was offered only a 35% refund because I didn't "cancel" within 14 days OF THE ORDER! No where on the web page did I see that this would be a "subscription." I asked for a manger. After 20 minutes on hold, Antoine offered me the same 35%. When I said I would go to my bank, he said if I went to my bank, I would get nothing because they had a team of lawyers, etc., I should be reasonable about my refund request because I had "agreed" to the "terms and conditions," etc. I did order a MiraVie product for $4.95. I did not agree - to my knowledge - to a product subscription nor did I see anywhere on the web page where I would be charged other than the $4.95. And, of course, now I cannot find the web page I ordered it from - it's since been removed. I had clicked through to the web page from Yahoo.
MiraVie "rejected" my claim yet said in their response to PeopleClaim "We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by providing a full refund of $175.90 on 4/15/2016. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show from the refunded date." I have yet to receive a refund and it's been more than 10 business days.
