Barry M. says: I purchased a coat for $300. When I got it, it did not fit even though I spent 20 minutes discussing the size. It was also very cheaply made and constructed. I asked for a return label and it took 2 phone calls (to England), a dispute through Paypal and this site to finally get the label. They did not return or respond to my calls about the refund. I escalated my report to Paypal and Paypal refunded my money. I don't think Montogmery contacted Paypal.
