Carol T. says:
All I did was typed U-Haul into Google and minutes later Moving APT called me. I didn't know how they even got my number. Moving APT assured me that they could handle my moving needs efficiently and at a cost I could afford. Moving APT had me to believe that they themselves were the actual movers. I trusted and believed. After all the papers were signed and money was paid, Moving APT stopped all communication with me. I'm believing Moving APT are the ones that are going to move me, but that wasn't the case. Without my knowledge, Moving APT gave me to these movers called (M.A.D.E Moving & Storage) who intentionally held my procession's hostage unless I paid the amount that was well above, what was agree upon and that I could pay. The movers, (M.A.D.E. Moving & Storage) that Moving APT assigned me to, intentionally over estimated my procession's weight, which I had to prove via a re-weighting before and again after the unloading of my procession's . I was assured that I would be reimburse if an error was made, I wasn't. This error was in the amount of $984.00, that they owe me, and I proved this. Moving APT and the movers (M.A.D.E Moving & Storage) claimed I had more weight than estimated, that was not true, I increased my weight with Moving APT and paid the extra amount for that weight before the movers (M.A.D.E Moving & Storage) even came to pick up my processions. Moving APT didn't care that the movers (M.A.D.E Moving & Storage) already had another delivery on their rented truck, before they even started loading my processions. That is where that extra 1,640 pounds came from, that they claimed was mind. The movers (M.A.D.E Moving and Storage), that Moving APT sent to my home, came to unload at midnight in hopes that we would be to tired from our work day to have the truck re-weight before and after the unloading. Moving APT and the movers (M.A.D.E Moving& Storage) sent me to MovingClaims.Net to make a complaint and for me be compensated. After a mountain of copies sent with undisputable documentation they were going to settle my claim for $62.00. These three, so called companies, I believe are working together in being deceptive, fraudulent, and egregious in the way they convinced myself and others to do business with them. I have kept every e-mail and documentation to prove what I'm relaying to you, is true.
