John T. says: Based on the unprofessional, and now illegal, actions of this company and their owner Jose Gomez Jr. I will be pursing legal action, as well as, complaints to the Florida and Texas State Attorney General. This review is to assist other unsuspecting consumers of a company using a CROSS, characterizing themselves as a "Christian" company to gain clients while the business practices are anything but "Christian."

Almost 20 years ago I engaged with Net Ministry for internet services, while their customer service was poor, and representatives often rude, the service was sufficient not to bother seeking services elsewhere, that ended in 2013, when as a direct response to inflammatory communications with their owner and various other NetMinistry employees, I informed them I would be moving to another provider, which I did... Mr. Gomez, strategically left my account on his server so he could claim there was service, even after my hosting was moved.

They sent multiple harassing emails and made numerous harassing phone calls, at which time I sent a CEASE AND DESIST. NOW, 8 YEARS LATER (a violation of Florida Law) Mr. Jose Gomez Jr. who represents himself as Reverend, has contacted me, emailed several harassing emails in a fruitless attempt to collect what he claims are valid charges ($35.95) for 4 months spanning from September 2013 to January 2014. THIS IS AUGUST 2022...9 YEARS LATER.

One more time, Mr. Jose Gomez Jr. CEASE AND DESIST. YOUR SERVICES WERE DISCONTINUED BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR STAFFS UNPROFESSIONALISM, lengthy delay in making requested updates to my website and substandard work product. Certainly the CEO, of multiple companies, claiming millions in revenues, and thousands of clients, should understand the concept of statute of limitations FLORIDA LAW related to your harassment in attempting to collect a debt, that's in dispute, 9 YEARS LATER, your actions are a violation of the LAW! How is it a business man with your stature and experience, running www.Josegomez.com, nonprofitwebsite.com, gomezcms, pregnancycarewebsites doesn't understand FLORIDA LAW?
