Mike D. says: VERY POOR customer service. I sent the products back un-opened & it's been 4months & still NO refund! I have called SEVERAL times & they keep saying there systems are down call back,or talk to my finacial instatution(bank) or they can't find me in there system. Im going to try & have this put on NATIONAL NEWS so no one else will have to go thru this. Then im going file a lawsuit & sue the shit out of them!!

Karen M. says: Customer service people are very rude, Promise to refund your money within 7-10 days EVERY time you call, but still no refund after over six months of me calling them and being promised a refund for products returned as per instructions. Products returned were NEVER opened and retuned the day after I received them in the mail.
