Michelle B. says: I’m a frequent visitor of all the Pappas Chain. After the service I received last night I’m extremely upset! I placed a order for the crab fingers half fried half sautéed I order my food to go and I live exactly 6 minutes from the Stafford location. Once I got home and started eating Immediately new that the cold fried fingers was just randomly cold they was all cold! I tried calling the restaurant 6 times to resolve the issue twice I was placed on hold by the to go server and the phone eventually hung up! I called back and the phones just ring. It’s now 10:08 am and I’m here at the Stafford location waiting to speak with a manager And the phone has just been ringing for about 14 minutes which is very unacceptable! I see employees moving around in the restaurant at least 6 and not one of them can answer the phone?

Joan H. says: i was in the norcross location with a group of 7...not with one it did go right.orders where not complete,or did not show up at all.the steak i got was perfect (what it better is for $43) but the beer i ordered i never got,the excuse i got was..we wil not charge you for the beer...right..that would be the day.one didnt got any of her order...one half of it...one the wrong order...its a mess there...never again.and i will spread the word in all the organisations i am in.

Peyton A. says: Pappadeaux is an awful and judgemental company. I worked at the FM 1960 location for 2 months and I was told by the GM that my family was not my family under the assumption that my family is Hispanic and I am white. But they are, after being left my my own family I was taken in and adopted by my family. They raised me, put a roof over my head, feed me and much more. To make matters worse after contacting Human Resources not one but 4 times I was told that the manager did nothing wrong. I said to them all I wanted was a simple apology from the manager to admit what he did was wrong. But I was basically told I was wrong and need to move on. They told me if I had come to a shift, after I quit because I refuse to work for a judgemental and racist company, then I could have MAYBE gotten an apology. This is sad, wrong, pathetic and so much more. A company making a judgement on family based on the color of their skin. Then saying because I was adopted that they are not my family... blood is not the only thing that links family. They think brushing it off will shut me up but they are sadly mistaken. I will be heard and stand up for those who have faced similar situations.

Carey B. says: I cant eat some where, when I see the cook walk from the kitchen with their plastic gloves on and apron and go to the restroom, then come out the restroom with there gloves still on and apron. I have been eating at your restaurant for over a year now and when i seen the cook , Colby, that i had once given a compliment too for the fast service. But I regulary eat once a week and spend over a hundred of my hard earn money. But im sorry to say i will not be a customer, never again. Your managers need to train and manage not stand around and watch their cooks brake health code regulations. I have never felt sick to my stomache
