Athelean B. says: Very poor customer service, constant phoning for any collections. They will phone on the job, cell phone or other relatives constantly. At one time a representative phone and provided me with a name by Mary Wilson, and than phone and said that her name was Mary Robinson. I asked them for their website and they said that they were not set up for that and insist for a payment over the phone with a credit card. I gave the Rep my email address and they emailed me a bill with the amount owe written on a rental agreement from 2013. In fact, the email had no letter head and this was my first time every hearing about owing any money to Alta Coventry Apartments.
