When ever there is a problem with their billing, which in most cases is their PGW customer service can never help most of the time. Either that, or you get one answer from one person and a completely different one from someone else. And their supervisors are no help either. If you need to go on a payment plan with them they will charge you upwards of 300 to 400 to do so and the plan will include your pass due amount and your current amount causing further hardship on hard working tax payers. Furthermore, in the case were a spouse of a customer is now a customer due to death PGW unlike other companies will not wave passed debt giving a fresh start. And, Philadelphia will not allow customers to seek gas service from other suppliers.

Claimant says:PGW turned off the gas at our company factory because the furnace needed a valve replacement. Now their service # is on endless hold and the emergency department refuses to give us service.
Our workers had to leave the building. It's been 5 days of lost heat and I cannot get a response from PGW.
