Jim W. says: Worst deal ever! I wasn't prepared to buy a car just was looking but thought they would treat me right. I had bought off them before. Boy was I mistaken, found out the next day when I did some research. I have had five Buicks in the past, but after that ripe off I will never buy another Buick again I'll be changing to Ford. After my dispute with them, the manager threaten to not pay off my car that I had treaded in so that I would have two payments. I learned my lesson, never again will deal with them. So far I have convinced five or six people to go somewhere else to do business. I will continue tell anyone I can about how bad a ripe off Phillips Buick will give them.
