Worst customer service and worst on handling claims that you were liable for. Paid claim but didn't let me know the amount at all. They refuse to give me a breakdown on what repairs were made to other vehicle and then raised my rate over $300 a month. Now my premium is $865 a month th and this is first claim for an accident in 20 plus years of I surface coverage. They are crooks cause they settled with the only 1 quote they received from the other driver who insurance had been lapsed foe over 20 days when the accident happened. Seams like insurance scam. But Progressive doesn't give a damn about its customers they pay a claim and then pass it strait on the the client to screw them even more. What sadistic worthless company to be like this. They should not be allowed to sell any kind of insurance anywhere none of it is any good.

Filed a claim 25 Apr. 2022 for damage done to my classic car by a trucking company insured by progressive, it is now 17 June 2022, this has been dragging out almost 2 months . I was told that I would receive a check for $1,400 for damages. Today I receive a check for $450 and $1,000 deductible. There is NOT supposed to be a deductible on this claim, I am NOT the policy holder. $450 doesn't even come close to repairs. Every time I call, I get a recording. DON'T insure with this company, all you get is the run around.

They did not want to help me when I had to put in a claim, they did the investigation and denied my claim. They denied my claim because I paid for my insurance and then the same day, I put in a claim that my car was stolen. Because apparently my car wasn't covered with insurance, which I had no idea about they will not cover it at all. My car was stolen and involved in an accident on the 5th of January at 2 am and I paid my insurance at 9 am, Had no idea my car was stolen until 10 am, and had no idea it was in an accident until 12 pm.
