Sabina H. says: They are the absolute worst! I had diamond earrings taken by one of their techs. Not only was I dealt with in a rude, unprofessional way - by the operations manager no less, I was made to feel that I was lying about the entire ordeal. The tech walked away with $5000.00 worth of diamonds and not even a slap on the wrist! I on the other had - got treated badly and that's about it! After I realized they weren't going to even attempt to reimburse me, I asked to be let out of my contract, because I no longer felt safe! I was told no to that as well unless I paid for the remaining time of contract, which was close to $3000. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Company!
