Claimant says:They came to my home this morning to repair my air conditioner. I was told that I needed a capacitor. He supposedly replaced the capacitor. I asked him to check the freon level,he said it was okay, just slightly low and asked if I wanted him to top it off and I said yes. He presented me with a bill for $184.34.
