Grover C. says: We have been repeatedly misinformed by RCI sales personnel on due dates, expiration dates required to be met to book travel (cruise or resort stays) and have tried to talk to RCI Corporate to log complaint and have been finally told that there is no "RCI Corporate" contact via phone or chat to do so. We have therefore been scammed.

    • "I just feel ripped off."
    Claimant says:<p>I was called at home by Patricia Thompson to see if she could rent our timeshare to another party since we haven't used it.   I said I would be interested.  She proceeded to tell me that she would send us $1,999 per week for the two weeks we had accrued.  However, we would need to send her $999 up front which we would recoup within 2 - 6 months....
