Lori S. says: I was told by the roofmax guy Zach Bayler that I would be a good candidate for the product, when in fact my roof was/is in horrible condition. Had a roof inspection shortly after the treatment and was told that only half of the roof was sprayed-and that my roof was in such poor condition that I need a new roof.
When I contacted Zach, he threatened to sue me and texted horrible things to me. I have not received a refund yet.
