Gwendolyn . says: Dr. Lubit violated my sister's HIPPA rights allowing his daughter to enter the room multiple times. He demanded payment in advance but never produced a written report. His advertising is fraudulent.

Gwendolyn . says: I would not recommend Dr. Lubit for my dogs. He demanded $2,000 to be paid before the interview. He never wrote the report required. He never contacted my sister after the interview. He did not answer his phone after the interview. No I would not recommend. I would not give him a one star. He is lower than a one star.
