Donna B. says: Ryan Air lost baggage for 36 hours - had to pay taxi to retrieve when it eventually turned up at the airport .
Bought essentials and told to keep receipts by Ryan air customer services which Ryan air then refused to pay.
Missed our original transfer due to Ryan air rude and unhelpful customer service when discovered our suitcase wasn't on the flight ( why do we pay this extra cost - surely to be on the same flight!). Originally told the suitcase would go to the airport but once it arrived they refused so had to pay taxi to collect if we wanted any of our belongings for our short break.
Customer service unhelpful, even hostile at the airport, wanting us to sign a disclaimer which refused! Customer service guy on duty even tried to physically hide his ID when I asked for his name!
