Bella N. says: I will personally never purchase Samsonite again because of failure to honor warranty repair. Same situation - it should have been covered but they didn't have parts and wouldn't replace the case. I left the suitcase at a public dump/recycling/reuse center with a big notice taped on it, "This is what a Samsonite warranty is worth."
