Michael B. says: They will not refund your money if there becomes a problem with a rental, even though they say they will. Been trying to get my refund from them for $800 since July 2016. Never has returned a phone call, just text saying things like... I'm out of town or I thought that was already taken care of or I will have it done this week or send me the credit card info again. Still no refund and I don't get any return messaging or calls now.
