Gitty T. says: Sears home warranty is given to Cross Country and they are irresponsible team. They contracted with some company, for their first visit they charge the consumers $100, then after diagnosis if their work more than $300 they will deny the claim. I am complaining to "Insurance Commissioner". Sears lost their honesty with costumers.
