Tony B. says: Friendly Services Did not have the Water Department Inspect The Job. There for I could not get The refund due Me for water overage use from Leaking Pipes. When I asked Them/Mike about it he said he would Dig the Pipes Open for inspection For . $1000.00 . All because He didn't do the job and have it inspected... WHAT ARE THEY/HE HIDING ???
