Dawn R. says: I had to pay $35.00 to have their repair professional visit my home on three seperate occasions to reattach the footrest that had fallen off. I was not reimbursed. The footrest contains a design flaw and Slumberland just wanted to pass the buck by saying the manufacturer stated "that is just the way it is" rather than "how can the situation be resolved so that we have a happy customer?"I will never shop there again and plan to go to small claims to put this before a judge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
