Crystal B. says: My phone # has been put on 2 leases. Even though I pay on my lease my phone my phone # is shut off (due to the bogus lease not paying. This has been on going for 2 mo. I am told the problem is fixed. Able to turn the phone back on, only to have it shut off again with the same issue. Now I can not even reach anyone by phone
